Construction Project Management
Picasso Custom Homes will serve as the construction project manager and will oversee all stages of building your dream home. This includes helping you choose your lot, designing your home, and managing the entire construction project.
For a fixed cost, you will gain access to 40 years of construction expertise without the stress of dealing with sub-contractors and trades on the project. You will have the freedom to design and choose all of the finishes in your home along with complete financial control over all aspects of the project.
